This site will try to keep a collection of knowledge about computing, standards, and research practices in a central place.
We have a handbook with short chapters detailing things you should know about coding in R, this includes profiling, building packages, parallel computing, and high performance computing.
Many happy scientist seminar have been given over the years. Slides and additional information can be found in the happy scientist tab in case you need a refresher on a previous seminar.
